The Firm
MFPT Chartered Accountants was formed in 1994 when the founding partners, including Douglas Parsons and Sandra Turnbull, demerged from the well established firm of James Murray & Co. The firm expanded in 1999 when it took over a practice in Pittenweem. The practice has continued to develop a wide and diverse client base, ranging from private companies and partnerships to the individual who needs help with a Tax Return.
Based in St. Andrews, Anstruther and Pittenweem we pride ourselves in being on the doorstep of many of our clients. This means our clients receive a high quality service from people who know the area and have good local contacts.
Our clients cover a full cross section of business sectors including, fishing, farming, retailing, leisure as well as professional practice.
